Development & Progress Update

I schedule regular progress check-ins, such as daily stand-ups or sprint reviews, to track milestones, address blockers, and gather feedback. Code reviews are conducted to maintain quality, and any bugs are logged and prioritized for resolution.

Development & Launch

I focus on finalizing features, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring a seamless transition to production. Development is completed in feature branches, with continuous integration (CI) automating builds and tests to catch issues early.
